Tuscan Meeting Room The Tuscan Meeting Room is a versatile, 775 sq. ft. room that has been recently renovated with a fresh look & feel. French doors open out onto the pool patio for additional open air space and seating with a tropical atmosphere. This room is equipped with several phone jacks, hard wired and wireless hi-speed Internet access, ceiling fans for that desirable air movement and the following audio-visual equipment is available upon request; projector screen, flip chart & markers, podium, small tablets & pencils, extension cord strips. This room is an excellent spot for small to medium sized meetings or social get-togethers.

Boardroom or Breakout Room – Two Bedroom Suite

This unique 1,200 sq. ft. Boardroom or Breakout Room – Two Bedroom Suite features a large separated meeting area with an oak boardroom table, that seats eight, with an adjacent wet bar. This room also has the functionality of two separated bedrooms and baths. The layout of this suite makes it perfect for small business meetings, family reunions, retreats and parties. This room sleeps 6 people and the room rental includes the first two overnight adults. Addition adults stay at a rate of $10.00 per person, plus tax. This room is elegantly furnished with one king bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom, a pull-out sofa in the living room area, a large dining/meeting area, suitable for a family or an executive meeting. This 2 bedroom Suite contains a refrigerator, microwave, a coffee maker, desk, in-room safe, hi-speed wireless Internet access, hair dryers and three 32" flat screen televisions and three 2-line telephones.
