Sara, words cannot express the great service she provides for your hotel, Maria is awesome as well. I just adore this hotel, a home away from home. I love it! I want Sara and Maria to get a generous raise for the holidays. Again, they are the most lovely women you can deal with, they are always accommodating and they always remember your name, a very important trait that makes one feel extraordinary. 5 stars from me.

Just writing to let everyone know what a quality hotel the Inn of Naples is. My husband and I were celebrating our 1st year anniversary and were looking for a nice, clean, quality place to stay and we found just that in Inn of Naples. We were very pleasently surprised. Upon our arrival, we found a newly remodeled lobby, beautifully decorated room, fully equipped with all that we needed. The hotel is very to close to the intercoastal and beaches where we wanted to visit. Many thanks to Flor and Maria for our very pleaseant stay. We will definitely return there on our next trip to Naples.

We stayed at the Inn of Naples for 9 days and enjoyed the whole time spent there. The reception staff could not have been more polite, cheerful or happy to help. I have and would recommend the Inn to friends and family. Flor, the receptionist on duty when we checked in, should receive an award. She was so helpful, attentive and friendly, probably the best advert for the Inn of Naples!

I had to write to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay last night! We rode our motorcycles from West Palm Beach for a relaxing stay in Naples. We rode 3 hours in the pouring rain! We were very pleasantly surprised with our wonderful accommodations, a GREAT continental breakfast AND the friendliest service EVER! When we asked about covered parking for the bikes, an employee offered to move his car so we could put the bikes in his covered parking space! Now that is what I call customer service! After we relaxed and rested, the front desk called us a taxi so we could still enjoy the city without riding in the rain again! You can be assured we will be back!

My wife and I have been staying at the Inn of Naples for the last ten years under different ownership and management and I must admit that this hotel is one of the finest that we have stayed at. Over the years it seems to improve all the time and since the refurbishment which was completed towards the end of 2007, it is better than ever. All the staff are brilliant, nothing is too much trouble and every where is spotlessly clean and the deluxe continental breakfast is great. We have just returned after 2 super weeks and are now planning to return for our Golden wedding next year. Good luck to Mrs. O'Brien and all of her wonderful staff.

Thank you Inn of Naples for a wonderful stay. I searched the internet for 3 days trying to get the best deal for my money. After reading several disappointing comments from other guests at different hotels, I decided to follow my gut and go with your hotel. When I read your guest comments 9 out of 10 were very positive. I was pleased with my suite, the free parking, and the continental breakfast. Love the waffles! The Clerk at the front desk gave me a map of the area and I was able to find all the attractions. The hotel is centrally located. The beach is a mile or two in either direction and there are all kinds of restaurants in the area. KFC is right across the street and Red Lobster is a couple of blocks south of the hotel. For the price of my room (Expedia), I actually underestimated my accommodations. I was very impressed. I am looking forward to coming back again with the family. The staff was friendly and the hotel was very clean. I highly recommend this hotel.

I just wanted to say that my wife and I would not stay anywhere else but the Inn of Naples. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Flora at the front desk made our stay a breeze. I felt you had great pricing, as well as accommodations and we were calling it home as brief as our stay was. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer on this trip, but rest assured that when we return we will, and we'd like to bring the whole family too.

Great place with a great staff. Was upgraded to a suite, which was very nice. Everything is extremely clean and well kept. When in Naples again, we will stay with these folks again.

We would like say congratulations to you and your staff for making our stay in Naples an excellent experience. We stopped off during a 3 week fly drive holiday around Florida and feel it's important to tell you how much we enjoyed our stay at The Inn of Naples. Everything about your hotel was excellent, but the most impressive part was the staff particularly your reception area. One girl in particular (I think her name was Flor) was amazing. Friendly, helpful and simply the most genuine and caring person we encountered. Please accept our thanks for making the Naples part of our break very enjoyable. We will definitely return and recommend your hotel through trip advisor.

We stayed with you for 4 days and I have to say your hospitality was second to none. Your staff (especially Flora) were so friendly and such a lovely person we felt right at home. What a fantastic location too, you can't hear the road and yet you are a stones throw away. We had a delightful time and we will DEFINITELY be returning and recommending to our friends. To the Managers and Staff, I was with the Schwartz party for a very joyous weekend. I shared room 207 with Florence Gingold and we had a terrific time. All seemed well after we returned to Delray Beach for the rest of my vacation in Florida. It was not until I unpacked at my home in Scottsdale, AZ, that I realized a valuable gold bangle bracelet was missing. My family in Delray checked their home and it wasn't there. Then I contacted the Inn with the slimmest of hope that I left it in the safe and it was turned in. Well, I received a call from Kathy this morning, and it was turned in by one of the housekeepers. Words cannot express my gratitude or articulate my renewed faith in humanity. Please give me the name of this wonderful person so that I may reward her. Not only do I commend your hospitality while I was at the Inn, I commend your staff and the training they receive.

Hello everyone. I just want to say thank you, especially to Flor, you're so kind to us, we appreciate it. We just love this hotel, but next time we will make sure to make a reservation, but thank you Flor for finding a way for us to stay another day! My family stayed at your fabulous resort last week. We have not stopped commenting on how wonderful it was. From the front desk staff, to the perfect grounds and rooms, to the breakfast in the morning and beyond. We really enjoyed every aspect and you all are to be commended for running such a fabulous establishment We cannot wait to return to Naples. ps.....we loved our room (112). So convenient with a baby!!!

My wife Tracy and I wanted to thank you for a wonderful stay during Presidents' week. Your Hotel is awesome! The rooms are spacious and well laid out. The pool was a perfect temperature; and the continental breakfast and exercise room were added ammenities that were greatly appreciated as well. I believe you offer the "best bang for the buck" in Naples. We will definitely be in touch this summer about coming back next February.

Another great stay at the Inn of Naples...I think this is our 6th or 7th time...everything was perfect. Everytime we think it can't be as good as the last, but it always is. All of your staff is very pleasant and accommodating, but two I would single out are Flor, who was working late afternoons and evenings, and the early morning girl (sorry, I don't know her name) who does the breakfasts...both terrific! Thanks again and we look forward to returning in November.
