It is quite common for guests to have boxes or other parcels sent to our hotel prior to their arrival. As we have limited space for storage of guest parcels, we ask that the following conditions to be noted:

• Please be sure the name on the parcel matches the name on your reservation so we know who it is for. If a parcel is delivered under a name for which we have no reservation, it will be rejected.
• Please keep delivery of packages to a maximum of 3 small containers (no larger than a shoebox). If more than 3 small boxes are delivered, there will be a storage fee of $50.
• Please plan for your parcels to arrive no more than 1 week of your check-in. If a parcel is delivered to our hotel more than 1 week prior to your arrival, there will be a storage fee of $50.
• Our hotel is not responsible for the safe or timely arrival of any package sent to the hotel. It is the guest’s responsibility to check on the arrival of any packages and to check to ensure that the contents are intact. Our hotel accepts no liability for lost, stolen or damaged boxes or other parcels.
